1. In the short time that you’ve been blogging, what have you learnt?

To be honest and open about my Legal experiences as many others have gone through or are going through the same trials and tribulations I went through.

2. Best and worst thing about starting a business with your sister!

The best thing would be that I have spoken with Charley a lot more since we started OB and it’s brought us closer again. The worst thing… she’s a tyrant.

How do you switch off from work?

Gaming, coaching kids football and gigs.

What is your biggest achievement in life so far?

Getting my Masters Degree in Law

When was the last time you called Mom?

About 2 weeks ago (but I have seen her since)

Questions for Charley from Hayden:

In your years of blogging what has been your most memorable moment?

This is a hard one! There have been lots of pinch me moments. But I think the best moment was designing and launching my own Ramadan Capsule Collection with Note To Self. I was involved in every step of the design, did the photoshoot and hosted a launch party! I love every piece we made!

How do you balance work, family and blogging?

I am addicted to being busy; it’s my personality. I’m currently working full-time, have three kids (one that’s only four months!), home-schooling, blogging for modestlywrapped, launching The Ordinary Bloggers and in the process of starting a consultancy business with my best friend. I like balancing a million plates!

Would you give up work for blogging (if it paid)?

100%! Teaching pays the bills. But I love being able to be creative. I love Business - hence why I teach it.

What is your favourite thing about living in Dubai?

Everyone is happy. There’s so much to do. The food is amazing. There are no limits, no boundaries. Everything is possible. Plus we have an amazing lifestyle. Nowhere I’d rather by locked-down in!
